We had a great time! The weather was perfect – it rained every day – but only for 5 or 10 minutes. Winds were from the east nearly the whole time as expected and mostly 15 to 20 knots – sometimes more.
The boat was fine – perfect for 2 couples.
CYOA was very accomodating and easy to work with – all the personnel there were very friendly and helpful. Their resident taxi driver – Wells – was eager to please.
The highlights of the trip for me were: wonderful dinner at the Drake Hotel in Road Town, good snorkeling at the caves on Norman Island, Manchioneel Bay on Cooper Island – good snorkeling and a fantastic dinner at the Cooper Island Beach Club, The Baths on Virgin Gouda (as my girlfriend calls it) – more great snorkeling,Bitter End (of course) – with a visit to Saba Rock for dinner, Cane Garden Bay, The Bubbly Pool on Jost, The Soggy Dollar bar on Jost Our only complaint would be that time seems to go faster down there and the trip was over too quickly!
