On Virgin Gorda’s southwestern shore, lies an unbelievable natural treasure: The Baths. The crown jewel of the British Virgin Islands National Parks system, the Baths are an extraordinary set of massive granite boulders placed at the water’s edge thousands of years ago. Now, the boulders offer visitors the experience to explore cathedral-like natural hollows, crystal clear waters, and handfuls of hidden corners.
Boaters can arrive at Spring Bay beach, which is just steps from the entrance to the Baths. You’ll have to swim ashore because no dinghies are allowed on the beach (to prevent overcrowding).

Once at the Baths, guests explore dozens of little “rooms” and hidden pools, leading to a grotto-like experience. Knee-deep water flows in and out of the boulders, while light runs down in between the tops of the rocks for a unique experience like no other.

After exploring the Baths, you’ll appear on Devil’s Bay, another gorgeous white sand beach. Devil’s Bay is scattered with numerous smaller boulders (still the size of cars), making for great a great photo opportunity before you return to your yacht for additional exploration of the BVI.
